Summary
I’m a consultant. I have experience managing technology related research, software development, strategy, and system integration projects. Since 2005 I’ve also been researching, consulting on, using, and managing web publishing, collaboration, social media, blogging, and social networking tools and processes.
I understand the costs and processes associated with developing, adopting, managing, and changing software applications, databases, business operations, contact centers, and IT infrastructure support. I also have hands-on company management, administration, staff supervision, & P&L experience.
