Survey Methods

The survey is being conducted via a series of personal and telephone interviews following a general outline of suggested questions. Respondents are being recruited from both business units and IT departments to represent a range of company and departmental types. Interview notes and preliminary comments are being posted on this web site as the survey proceeds. The RSS feed of survey postings is also available.
